G.N.S are so confident with the high quality and performace of our products that we automatically offer a 30 Night Trial on all our mattresses and toppers.
Therefore, you have 30 nights from the day of delivery to sleep on the product and see it is best for you. If, during that period you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we can arrange collection and offer you a refund*.
30 Night Trial - Returns Process
1) You contact us to notify us your intention to return the product.
2) We send out new packaging for you to wrap the mattress up
3) Contact us with respect to the best collection date
4) On receipt of the parcel we can refund the payment card for the monies paid, and this can take upto 7 days.
* We charge £35 per collection, unless you wish to return the mattress yourself. your refund will minus any cost of collection
